  • In Busan, combine Haeundae Beach with Gamcheon Culture Village or Beomeosa Temple. Allow time to travel from Busan station to each neighbourhood.

Seoul → Mokpo

  • Mokpo has the Yudalsan walking trails and a cable car over the harbour. Ferries and local transport require separate tickets.

Seoul → Gwangju

  • Gwangju’s Asia Culture Center and Yangnim-dong neighbourhood offer a starting point for exploring the city. Check the onward journey from Gwangju-Songjeong station.

  • Jeonju is known for its Hanok Village and local bibimbap. The village is a separate journey from Jeonju station.

Seoul → Gangneung

  • For Gangneung, consider Gyeongpo Beach and the cafés along Anmok Beach. Buses and taxis from the station are not included in the pass.

Seoul → Jinju

  • Jinju’s Jinjuseong Fortress stands beside the Nam River. Check local transport between the station and the fortress.

Seoul → Pohang

  • Pohang has Homigot and the Space Walk sculpture in Hwanho Park. Plan the onward journey from the railway station separately.

Seoul → Ulsan

  • In Ulsan, Ilsan Beach and Ulsan Grand Park are possible stops. The KTX station is outside the main urban area, so include transfer time.

Seoul → Yeosu

A beautiful coastal city known for its scenic views, Yeosu Cable Car, and night cruises along the bay.

Korea’s tech city, home to the National Science Museum and Yuseong Hot Springs.

  • Suwon’s Hwaseong Fortress is the main stop for a walk along the city walls. Check which trains actually stop at Suwon station.

Seoul → Cheonan

  • Cheonan is home to the Independence Hall of Korea. Search Cheonan-Asan for KTX services and plan your onward transport to the museum.

Seoul → Wonju

  • Wonju offers access to Chiaksan National Park and Sogeumsan’s suspension bridges. Local transfers and admission are separate from the rail pass.

Seoul → Asan

  • Asan has the Onyang hot springs and Hyeonchungsa Shrine. Cheonan-Asan is the KTX station to check; local journeys are separate.

Seoul → Jecheon

  • Jecheon is a base for Uirimji Reservoir and the Cheongpung Lake area. Check local transport before combining them in one day.
